Haryana Board revises last date for online submission of Class 9 and 11 annual examination marks

NEW DELHI: The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has extended the last date for affiliated schools to upload the annual examination marks of Class 9 and Class 11 students for the 2025-26 academic session. Schools can now submit the marks online until July 24, 2026.The announcement was made jointly by HBSE Chairman Shankar Lal Dhoopar and Secretary Munish Sharma, IAS. The earlier deadline for uploading the marks was July 7, 2026.Schools asked to complete the process within the revised deadlineThe board has directed all affiliated government schools, private schools, gurukuls and vidyapeeths that have not yet uploaded the annual examination marks of Class 9 and Class 11 students to complete the process by the revised deadline.Institutions have been instructed to log in to the official HBSE website using their allotted user ID and password and ensure that the marks are uploaded within the stipulated time.Failure to upload marks may affect board examination eligibilityThe board has stated that schools failing to upload the annual examination marks of eligible students by July 24 may face consequences for their students.According to the notification, students whose annual examination marks are not uploaded within the prescribed timeline will not be permitted to appear for the forthcoming Class 10 and Class 12 annual board examinations conducted by HBSE.Board issues contact details for technical supportTo facilitate timely completion of the process, the board has advised schools facing technical issues to contact the designated helpline numbers during working days between 9 am and 5 pm.Schools can seek assistance by calling 01664-254300 or 01664-254302. They may also report enrolment-related issues through the official email address of the enrolment branch during working days.The board has urged all affiliated institutions to complete the online submission of annual examination marks before the revised deadline to avoid any inconvenience for students during the board examination process.
