Sonu Nigam’s global fan base was on full display in his latest video. The singer shared a clip of fans playing his songs while heading to his concert in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The video starts with Sonu sitting in his car, with his mic and earpiece ready, when he notices a car a few meters ahead playing his track ‘Yeh Ishq Ishq’ from ‘Dhurandhar’, prompting a bright smile.

“Mera gaana sun rahe hain, unhe pata hi nahi ki main unke peeche hoon kyunki woh mere show ke liye ja rahe hain (They are listening to my song and don’t realise I’m right behind them as they’re heading to my show),” he said, before spontaneously singing along to the track himself.
Sonu Nigam surprises fans on the road
The singer then tells his driver to pull up closer to the fans’ car and rolls down his window. As the fans recognise him, they greet him with smiles and waves. “So sweet,” Sonu says, with the video ending on a shot of the concert stadium. Sharing the moment, he captioned the post, “When you see your concert has already begun for your audiences in their car.” The clip received an outpouring of love from fans and celebrities. Tanmay Bhat wrote, “So fun.” One fan commented, “Sir Aapko sun ne ke liye bhi warm-up karna padta hai (One needs to warm up to listen to you).” Another said, “Aww … another iconic and a living legend,” while one comment read, “That smile is worth million.”
