Dehradun: The Moradabad Division of Northern Railway has announced the regular schedule for the newly introduced Ramnagar-Dehradun-Ramnagar Express. According to an official notification issued on July 21, train no 15310 Ramnagar-Dehradun Express and train no 15309 Dehradun-Ramnagar Express will begin regular services from Aug 5.The bi-weekly trains will operate every Wednesday and Friday, improving rail connectivity between the Kumaon and Garhwal regions of Uttarakhand. The service will comprise air-conditioned, sleeper and general (second-class) coaches.Train no 15310 Ramnagar-Dehradun Express will depart Ramnagar at 5:50 am and arrive in Dehradun at 12:40 pm. On the return journey, train no 15309 Dehradun-Ramnagar Express will leave Dehradun at 3:55 pm and reach Ramnagar at 11:30 pm. The train will halt at Kashipur, Roshapur, Pipalsana, Moradabad, Najibabad and Haridwar en route between Ramnagar and Dehradun.The railway administration has also revised the operating schedule of train no 12092/12091 Kathgodam-Dehradun-Kathgodam Jan Shatabdi Express.With effect from Aug 3, the Jan Shatabdi Express will run on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, instead of its existing schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
