New Delhi: Lieutenant governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu has approved the nomination of BJP functionary Satish Upadhyay as vice-chairman of the Delhi Jal Board, along with MLAs Manoj Kumar Shokeen and Ajay Mahawar, and Delhi Cantonment Board representative Rajesh Kumar Goel as members of the DJB governing body. The appointments were approved following a proposal submitted by the Delhi govt. The nominations will remain valid for a period of two years.
