MERCER ISLAND, Wash. — Best Christian Workplaces is pleased to announce the appointment of Faith Gaines as Vice President of Consulting. She will serve on the senior leadership team. Faith brings extensive global consulting and executive leadership experience from her tenure at Gallup, where she led employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational health initiatives across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Throughout her career, Faith has directed large-scale engagement surveys and 360 leadership assessment programs, coached senior executives, and built high-performing consulting teams. Known for translating complex data into actionable strategies, her work has helped organizations improve retention, strengthen culture, and accelerate business and ministry performance. She also served in executive director roles overseeing regional growth strategies and client partnerships, with consistent, high-impact results.
Deeply committed to helping organizations flourish, Faith is passionate about building thriving workplaces and is excited to align her experience with Best Christian Workplace’s Christ-centered mission.

Best Christian Workplaces also extends heartfelt thanks to Giselle Jenkins and Cary Humphries, who faithfully served as Interim Co-Consulting Directors over the past year, helping guide this transition. They will resume their roles as Senior Consultants and Sector Leaders, continuing to serve Ministry Partners with excellence.
In conjunction with this senior leadership change, Robert Wachter, formerly Global Marketing Director, will serve as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. These changes to the senior leadership team equip Best Christian Workplaces to continue serving Ministry Partners and position the organization for strategic future growth.
