GREENVILLE, S.C. — Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA) announces recipients of the 2026 Arete Leader Awards, to be presented during the Outcomes Conference in Dallas, Texas, April 28 – 30, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency, DFW International Airport.
This year’s conference, themed “Multiply,” marks a historic half-century milestone for the Alliance. Since its founding, CLA has grown into a premier global network dedicated to equipping and uniting Christian leaders to transform the world for Christ.
Honoring Excellence: The 2026 Arete Leaders
The Alliance’s new Arete Leader Award (from the Greek word for “excellence” or “virtue”) recognizes ten emerging leaders, 35-and-younger, who demonstrate exceptional Christ-centered leadership. This year’s honorees were selected for their commitment to organizational excellence and kingdom-minded collaboration. With this award, the Alliance recognizes their potential and the significant contribution they will bring to the next decade of Christian nonprofit ministry.

Celebrating 50 Years of “Multiplying” Impact
CLA’s 50th Anniversary celebration at Outcomes Conference 2026 will reflect on five decades of God’s faithfulness in expanding the reach of Christian nonprofits, churches, and businesses.
