The Class 10 examination outcomes will be declared on May 8, 2026, ending uncertainty among students awaiting their scores.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/>Those who appeared for the secondary examination would get the opportunity to download their mark sheets from the website, wbresults.nic.in and wbbse.wb.gov.in. The notice ends confusion that may have arisen in anticipation of any delay caused due to the election schedule of the state.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"6\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"7\"\/><span class=\"strong\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">Examination organized in February<\/span><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"9\"\/>The Madhyamik examination was carried out through pen-and-paper tests within a ten-day period starting from February 2 to February 12. <!-- -->These examinations took place across several centers within the jurisdiction of West Bengal under the board supervision.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/>In all, there were 9,71,340 students who appeared for the 2026 examinations. The candidates will have to click on the link marked \u2018West Bengal Madhyamik Result 2026\u2019 which appears at wbbse.wb.gov.in.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"22\"\/>The students will have to provide their roll numbers and dates of births in the respective fields provided in the login screen. Following that, the candidates will have to verify the CAPTCHA code that appears on the screen and then submit their login credentials to view the marksheets. These scorecards can be downloaded and stored for future use.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"25\"\/><span class=\"strong\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">Elections calendar created interest<\/span><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"27\"\/>This year\u2019s marksheets were of interest due to the upcoming elections in West Bengal. Elections will be held in two rounds on April 23 and April 29 while the voting process will be completed by May 4.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"29\"\/>These fears were allayed when the board made its announcement of the release date of May 8.
