<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\nNew Delhi: Chief minister Rekha Gupta has asked MLAs to dress decently while dealing with women after AAP\u2019s Kirari MLA, Anil Jha, was seen in a video sitting in a vest and shorts while signing forms for Delhi Lakshmi Yojana.The video, which has gone viral, shows Jha seated cross-legged on a chair with a saffron cloth on his lap. Several people, including women, were seen waiting before his desk as he signed the documents.Pointing at the opposition bench during the assembly proceedings Monday, Gupta said an MLA should maintain propriety while dealing with women constituents. \u201cYour behaviour is shameful. You should at least dress properly when women come to you to get their papers signed,\u201d chief minister told Jha.Gupta also warned that if this continues, she would get the provision requiring the signature to submit the application form cancelled. The signature of the local MLA or MP is mandatory to apply for the financial assistance scheme.Gupta also accused AAP legislators of making obscene gestures during the proceedings and sought action against them.Drawing a comparison with the attire of RSS workers, Jha questioned Tuesday, \u201cRSS cadres wear half pants. Does chief minister find that objectionable?\u201d Jha also said the freedom struggle was fought while Mahatma Gandhi wore a dhoti.\u201cMy assembly constituency is in a poor area.
