Ishqbaaaz and Naagin 5 actress Surbhi Chandna<\/a> believes the distinction between television, OTT and films is fading. \u201cToday, audiences care more about talent than the platform an actor comes from. OTT has opened many doors, and I believe good performances will always find their audience. I don\u2019t look at TV, OTT or films as separate worlds anymore. They\u2019re simply different mediums to tell meaningful stories, and as an actor, I would love to explore all of them.\u201dThe actress, who recently launched a production house with her husband Karan Sharma, said, \u201cI don\u2019t think it\u2019s necessary for every actor to have another career. If acting fulfills you, that\u2019s absolutely enough. For me, producing wasn\u2019t a backup plan \u2014 it was a creative extension of what I already love doing. Karan and I have always enjoyed discussing stories, music and concepts, so it felt like the right time to take that leap together,\u201d she says.Sharing her vision for the production house, Surbhi says, \u201cWe don\u2019t want to limit ourselves to one platform. If a story is best suited for television, we\u2019ll make it for television. If it belongs on OTT, we\u2019ll take it there. The medium will always follow the story.\u201d She acknowledges that producing comes with its own challenges but says the experience has been deeply rewarding. \u201cIt\u2019s definitely not easy. Producing comes with responsibilities that audiences don\u2019t always see. There are creative decisions, budgets, schedules and countless moving parts. But every challenge teaches you something new, and that\u2019s been the most rewarding part of this journey.\u201dEchoing her thoughts, her husband Karan Sharma says producing gives them the freedom to back stories they truly believe in. \u201cProducing allows us to tell stories we genuinely believe in rather than waiting for the right opportunities. It\u2019s exciting to build something together and create a platform that reflects our creative vision.\u201d<\/div>\n
