New Delhi:<\/span> A police complaint has been filed against a security guard at AIIMS<\/a> after a video purportedly showing him inappropriately touching a female patient went viral on social media. Following the incident, AIIMS terminated the guard\u2019s services and imposed a penalty on the private security agency that had employed him.In the video, the guard, seated next to another security guard, is seen calling the woman and asking whether she has an appointment at the hospital. The woman is then seen handing him a piece of paper and telling him that the required time is mentioned on it.The guard looks at the paper and explains that a time which she and a boy accompanying her had understood to be \u201c1\u201d was actually written as \u201c10\u201d. During the exchange, the guard is seen looking at the woman while his hand appears to brush against her.The woman later said in a separate video that she initially did not think much of the incident but, after watching the footage again, felt that the contact appeared inappropriate.The hospital added that a police complaint had been filed in connection with the incident.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
