BENGALURU: Beauty and fashion retailer Nykaa will acquire a 51% stake in premium skincare brand Aminu for up to Rs 32 crore. Meanwhile, its consolidated net profit more than tripled in the June quarter on the back of strong growth across its beauty and fashion businesses. Net profit rose to Rs 79.8 crore from Rs 24.5 crore a year earlier. Total income increased 29% to Rs 2,791 crore, while revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,782 crore.Founded in 2019, the bootstrapped Aminu reported revenue of Rs 19 crore in FY26 after growing eight-fold over the past three years and is profitable. The founders will continue to lead the business. Nykaa plans to acquire the remaining 49% stake later , with the first phase of the transaction expected to close in the Sept quarter.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
