<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\nNew Delhi:<\/span> In another crackdown on private schools allegedly flouting norms, Delhi govt has issued a show-cause notice to a private school in Rohini<\/a>, asking why its management should not be taken over under the Delhi School Education Act (DSEA), 1973.The directorate of education (DoE) said the action follows a joint surprise inspection by officials from the education, revenue and other govt departments. According to the notice, the school\u2019s responses to the inspection findings were found to be \u201cevasive\u201d and \u201cunsatisfactory\u201d, indicating a persistent pattern of non-compliance.Education minister Ashish Sood said govt had a zero-tolerance policy towards this. \u201cStrict action will be taken against managements that defy laws and exploit students or parents. Financial irregularities, commercial misuse of premises and playing with the safety of students will not be tolerated at any cost,\u201d he added.The notice cites a range of alleged violations, including obstruction of the inspection by refusing to share statutory documents and preventing officials from interacting privately with students. It also points to alleged fire and safety lapses, unauthorised structural modifications, financial irregularities, commercial use of school premises, unauthorised fee hikes and capitation fee collection, irregular staff appointments and deficiencies in basic student facilities.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
