But only a few of them could manage to get seats due to fierce competition for available seats.<\/p>\n In an official update shared on July 30, 2026, Delhi University announced that 10,577 candidates submitted their consent to be considered for Spot Round-I admissions for two-year postgraduate programmes.Out of these applicants, 1,358 candidates have been allotted seats based on programme-specific eligibility, merit, category-wise reservation, seat availability, and the university’s prescribed tie-breaking rules.Candidates who have received a seat allocation must accept their allotted seat by 4:59 PM on July 31, 2026. These scores indicate the lowest score at which admission was offered for each programme where seats were available during the spot admission round.It is important to note that minimum allocation scores have been released only for those postgraduate programmes in which seats were allotted during Spot Round-I.
