<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\nNew Delhi: <\/span>A Delhi court has directed the station house officer (SHO) of Parliament Street police station to preserve relevant CCTV footage, while hearing a plea seeking registration of an FIR against Delhi police commissioner, other senior cops, CRPF\/RAF officers and hundreds of unidentified security personnel over their alleged misconduct during the July 20 violence.Kautuk Bhardwaj, judicial magistrate first class, while considering the plea under 175(3) of BNSS, sought a clarification report from applicant, advocate Abhijit Anand and his trust, on whether they have the legal authority to file the case and what the Delhi High Court order, by which the SHO has been directed to receive the complaint of the applicant, says.Scheduling the matter for compliance on Aug 18, the court said, \u201cThe SHO shall ensure that the CCTV preservation of the alleged incident is carried out and file the compliance report.\u201dOn Wednesday, Justice Prateek Jalan of the high court was hearing a plea by Anand\u2019s trust, which said it lodged a complaint on July 22 against several top officers of Delhi Police and RAF personnel, disclosing the commission of cognisable offences in allegedly using illegal force against protesters on July 20.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
