<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\nMUMBAI: Delhi high court<\/a> has ordered the winding up of Paytm Payments Bank, weeks after RBI<\/a> cancelled its banking licence citing concerns over its operations and management.The court, through orders dated July 8 and July 22, 2026, directed that Paytm Payments Bank be wound up under provisions of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, read with the Companies Act, 2013.It also appointed Girikumar M Nair, former chief general manager of State Bank of India, as the official liquidator. RBI had on April 24 cancelled the bank’s licence with immediate effect.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
