Candidates who have completed the registration and certificate verification process can now submit their preferred law colleges through the official TGCHE counselling portal.The web options entry is a key stage in the admission process for candidates seeking admission to three-year LLB and five-year integrated LLB programmes offered by participating institutions across Telangana. Only candidates whose certificates have been successfully verified are eligible to exercise web options during Phase 1 counselling.Phase 1 counselling schedule<\/span>According to the official counselling timetable, candidates can submit their web options from July 28 to July 31, 2026. The editing facility for submitted choices will be available on August 1, allowing applicants to modify the order of preferences before the options are frozen.The provisional seat allotment result for Phase 1 is scheduled to be released on August 5. Candidates allotted seats will have to report to the allotted colleges and complete the admission formalities, including document verification, between August 6 and August 8.How to submit web options<\/span>Eligible candidates can complete the web options entry by visiting the official TGCHE admissions portal and selecting the “Web Options” link. Applicants must log in using their TS LAWCET 2026 roll number, date of birth and rank.After logging in, candidates can view the list of participating colleges and arrange institutions in the order of their preference. Once the choices have been entered, candidates can save or submit the options. Applicants are advised to verify all selections carefully before the final submission.Important instructions for candidates<\/span>TGCHE has not prescribed any upper limit on the number of colleges that candidates can choose during the web options process. Applicants are encouraged to select as many eligible colleges as possible to improve their chances of securing a seat during the allotment process.Candidates are also advised to complete the choice-filling process using a desktop computer or laptop instead of a mobile device to minimise technical or interface-related issues while submitting preferences.Seats available through counselling<\/span>The TS LAWCET 2026 counselling process will facilitate admissions to approximately 6,480 seats in the three-year LLB programme and around 3,120 seats in the five-year integrated LLB programme offered by participating law colleges in the state.Seat allotment will be carried out on the basis of candidates’ TS LAWCET rank, category, reservation criteria, eligibility and the order of college preferences submitted during the web options entry process.<\/div>\n
