The panel brought together HR leaders from leading companies.Key topics discussed included AI-led transformation in human resources, growth and changes in Global Capability Centers, changing employee expectations, leadership roles in times of global uncertainty, AI-based \u201cdigital employees\u201d, and workforce quality improvement and management.Baliram Mutgekar said, \u201cThe way work is done in the HR field is changing rapidly.
