<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\nNew Delhi: <\/span>Multiple social posts targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi<\/a> during the CJP-led protests have been taken down from several online platforms, police sources said on Sunday.The action followed Delhi Police<\/a>\u2019s social media monitoring team first identifying posts, videos and comments containing allegedly offensive and abusive remarks aimed at the PM before police issued notices to the platforms, directing them to remove the content in accordance with legal provisions.The sources said the exercise to monitor such posts is on, with cops closely tracking and scrutinising existing content as well as fresh uploads related to the protests in order to identify material considered objectionable. This is being done to maintain law and order and ensure nothing provocative or inciting is posted, the sources said.Investigation into the violence that erupted during the Jantar Mantar protest is ongoing. Multiple FIRs have been registered in connection with it, while police are examining CCTV footage, videos and social media content as part of their probe.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
