However, they had forecast rainfall over the next two to three days as the trough moves south towards Delhi and surrounding areas, accompanied by a shift in winds from dry westerlies to moisture-laden easterlies.On Sunday, Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 38.3 degrees Celsius, three degrees above normal, while the minimum settled at 31 degrees Celsius, four degrees above normal. High humidity levels between 50% and 70% pushed the heat index to as high as 45.5 degrees Celsius, making conditions feel significantly hotter.Meanwhile, the city’s air quality remained in the “moderate” category, with the Air Quality Index (AQI) recorded at 171 on Sunday.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
