This was announced by the Education Minister, Nara Lokesh, who noted that the results indicated high academic performance levels, with improvements in pass percentages and district results remaining constant.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"2\"\/>According to official figures, the pass percentage stood at 77 percent for first-year candidates, while for the second-year category, it was 81 percent, indicating an upward trend in academic success. Results showed that a total of over 10.15 lakh candidates had taken part in the examinations this year.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2 style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:18pt;margin-bottom:6pt;\"><keyword id=\"19940920\" type=\"General\" weightage=\"20\" keywordseo=\"krishna\" source=\"keywords\" solralias.seotitle=\"krishna\" solralias.msid=\"61464547\" solralias.title=\"Krishna\">Krishna<\/keyword> District emerges as the best-performing<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"6\"\/>In terms of district-wise performance, Krishna district emerged as the best performing, taking the lead for both first and second year results. <!-- -->For the second-year general category, Krishna district had achieved a high passing percentage of 92 percent, with 19,952 students scoring above the passing mark out of a total of 21,669 candidates who took part.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/>Guntur District and NTR District were the second and third-best districts in the second year. The passing percentages of both districts were 88% and 87%, respectively.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/>In the first-year results, Guntur came second with an 88% passing percentage. Coming third in the list was Visakhapatnam district, which had an 85% passing percentage.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"17\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2 style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:18pt;margin-bottom:6pt;\">Lowest performing district identified<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"19\"\/>On the contrary, Annamayya was the district that had the least number of passing students in both the first and second year examinations.
