The flats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/>\u201cFor the convenience of buyers, the benefits offered under these schemes have been extended till July 31. The entire process is online, allowing buyers to purchase flats from their home. These are freehold, ready-to-move-in flats, and sample units are also available,\u201d the official said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/>The authority attributed the improved sales to its infrastructure development efforts, including Urban Extension Road-II and the upcoming Rithala-Narela-Kundli metro corridor, which are expected to significantly improve connectivity to Narela.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"19\"\/>\u201cLieutenant governor TS Sandhu has been continuously focusing on reimagining the sub-cities developed by DDA, resulting in the authority recording strong housing sales in the first quarter of FY 2026-27,\u201d said an official.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"21\"\/>DDA recorded its highest-ever housing sales in FY 2025-26, with 11,764 flats.
