This was the third time in the past one-and-a-half years that the MLA met the Union minister over the same issues.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/>Singh said, \u201cI have urged the Centre to facilitate the launch of commercial flight services from Bokaro airport, expedite the proposed Integrated Manufacturing Cluster (IMC) under the AKIC and address employment concerns of families displaced by the Bokaro Steel Plant.
