At request, renotify on Aug 12,\u201d the bench said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"15\"\/>The petitioner\u2019s senior counsel requested the bench to take up the matter in July itself, stating that the sessions court was scheduled to hear the case on July 23.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"18\"\/>HC, however, pointed out that \u201cmatter was kept at a short date. We didn\u2019t know this is likely to happen\u2026We arrange our affairs in a manner that we are able to take up a certain number of matters.
