On Tuesday, a panel led by <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/niti-aayog\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\">NITI Aayog<\/a> fellow Debjani Ghosh recommended releasing overall as well as sub-sectoral ISPs initially on a trial basis to gather stakeholder feedback.
