It also lists around 40 witnesses.Police have invoked BNS sections on murder, attempted murder, unlawful assembly and destruction of evidence, along with the Arms Act.The murder happened on April 20 following a dispute over parking between Pankaj Nayyar\u2019s brother, Paras (43), and Gaurav Sharma outside their house, where Sharma was a tenant.Investigators said Sharma owned two SUVs, but under the tenancy arrangement was permitted to park only one vehicle in the designated space. However, he allegedly continued parking both SUVs, leading to frequent disputes. On the day of the incident, Paras allegedly asked Sharma to remove one of the vehicles, triggering an argument.Police said the confrontation quickly escalated as Sharma\u2019s relatives and friends also gathered at the spot. Sharma allegedly threatened the Nayyar brothers during the altercation. Pankaj, who lived in Noida, rushed to Preet Vihar after learning about the dispute involving his brother. Shortly after he arrived, the confrontation turned violent.Sharma allegedly pulled out an unlicensed pistol and opened fire during the clash. Pankaj suffered a gunshot wound in the chest and was rushed to a hospital, where he was declared dead. Police later arrested all five suspects.Investigators have cited call detail records as key evidence, claiming they corroborate the threats allegedly issued to the Nayyar brothers before and during the incident. The chargesheet also mentions the locations of the accused after the crime.During interrogation, Sharma claimed he had been living in Preet Vihar for the past six months as his house in Shakurpur was under renovation, and that he was in the garment business.Sources said the chargesheet details the role of each accused. Investigators have alleged that Sharma\u2019s relatives provoked him during the altercation, while his two friends remained at the scene and supported him during the attack.<\/div>\n
