<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\nNew Delhi: <\/span>A video of a security guard allegedly being assaulted by a resident of the Vijayee Veer Awas flats in southwest Delhi\u2019s Dwarka went viral Sunday. The guard was injured in the altercation and a case has been registered.According to police, a written complaint was received last Thursday that a resident, Tarun Kumar<\/a>, had allegedly assaulted the security guard, Manoj<\/a>, posted at gate no 1 of the society.The incident had occurred around 11.22 am, after Kumar reportedly objected to the security protocol requiring visitors to make an entry in register. \u201cThereafter, he physically assaulted the guard, wrongfully confined him with the intent to provoke breach of peace and created panic in the society,\u201d said a senior police officer, adding that the injured has been sent for medical examination to ascertain the nature of injuries.The 1 min 56 sec video shows Kumar slapping Manoj, punching him, pushing him to the ground and even hitting him with a slipper. A case has been registered at the Dwarka North police station and a notice to join the investigation has been issued to Kumar.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
