<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\nNew Delhi: A 30-year-old man and his father were arrested in connection with the alleged suicide case of his wife in west Delhi\u2019s Khyala.Police said they received a PCR call on June 24 regarding the incident. Police found the woman, identified as Kajal<\/a> (24), lying dead inside her rented accommodation. She was taken to hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead.Police found that Kajal had been married for around three years and the couple had no children. Considering the circumstances, the matter was referred to the SDM, Rajouri Garden, and statements of the deceased\u2019s parents and family members were recorded.Police later arrested the victim\u2019s husband, Rohan<\/a>, and her 56-year-old father-in-law, Rajesh<\/a>.Hareshwar Swami, DCP (West), said the investigation revealed that Kajal was allegedly harassed by her husband and in-laws over dowry and monetary demands after marriage. He added that her family alleged that she faced mental and physical cruelty for not conceiving a child even after three years of marriage. Police suspect the sustained harassment drove her to take the extreme step.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
