I love to be romantic. I am a complete rom-com person. I love love songs and I love love stories,\u201d she said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"7\"\/>When asked whether her idea of love had changed over the years, especially after breakups and the end of her marriage to Bharat Takhtani, Esha said it had not.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/>\u201cNo, these things don\u2019t change. Breakups happen. I have had boyfriends in the past whom I broke up with. These things happen, but that doesn\u2019t dilute my ultimate idea of love,\u201d she said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/> <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>\u2018We grew up seeing unconditional love\u2019<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>The actress revealed that growing up watching her parents\u2019 relationship shaped her expectations of love and companionship.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"19\"\/>\u201cWe all grew up seeing the unconditional love between Hema ji and Dharmendra ji,\u201d Esha shared.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"21\"\/>Reflecting on their bond, she added, \u201cThere was dignity to it. There was respect in it and there was unconditional love. We all have loved Dharmendra ji so much. I don&#8217;t know how I have held myself together today. I mean, I love him and he is in my heart.\u201d<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"25\"\/> <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"28\"\/>Esha also spoke fondly about the values instilled in her by Dharmendra, saying one of the most important lessons he taught her was to never compromise on dignity and self-respect.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"30\"\/>\u201cThe best advice he gave me was to always hold your dignity and self-respect. These were two words we always used,\u201d she said, adding, &#8220;And regarding the relationship between sisters, he always said there should be love and affection between all of you.
