<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\nNew Delhi: <\/span>Delhi\u2019s cyber security preparedness received a fresh push Thursday as the information technology department of Delhi govt, in collaboration with the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) under the ministry of electronics and information technology, organised a state-level consultative workshop on strengthening cyber security frameworks for state data at Delhi Secretariat, said govt.The workshop was inaugurated by Delhi\u2019s IT minister Pankaj Kumar Singh, who spoke about the growing importance of cyber security in protecting govt data, digital infrastructure and citizen services amid an evolving cyber threat landscape.Singh said, safeguarding govt data was not merely a technological responsibility but a commitment towards citizens. He said Delhi Government, guided by chief minister Rekha Gupta\u2019s vision of a digitally empowered and transparent capital, was continuously strengthening its cyber security architecture to protect public data and digital services.The minister said that data security had become a key govt priority as cyber criminals increasingly employ sophisticated methods that transcend geographical boundaries. He urged departments to adopt best cyber security practices and promote cyber awareness across institutions.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
