Parts of central Maharashtra are expected to witness thunderstorms acccompanied by lightning, gusty winds and moderate to heavy rainfall. <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"10\"\/>In Marathwada, thunderstorms with lightning, gusty winds and light to moderate rainfall are likely.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"12\"\/>The weather department has warned that heavy rainfall may lead to localised flooding in low-lying and urban areas, flash floods, disruption of road, rail and air services, damage to standing crops, and rough sea conditions along the coast. <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Northeast and eastern India under heavy rain alert<br \/><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>According to IMD officials, rainfall is likely to be fairly widespread to widespread over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected over Arunachal Pradesh, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"19\"\/>Heavy rainfall is also likely over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura, with very heavy to extremely heavy rainfall likely to continue over Northeast India till June 25.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"21\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Delhi-NCR weather tomorrow <br \/><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>The IMD has issued a weather alert for Delhi-NCR, forecasting thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds at isolated places until June 25, even as the national Capital continues to grapple with poor air quality. <!-- -->Delhi is likely to witness partly cloudy skies on Wednesday. <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"26\"\/>No significant rainfall is expected before June 28. The maximum temperature is expected to remain around 41 degrees Celsius, while minimum temperatures are likely to stay near normal levels. <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"28\"\/>The warning also extends to several states and Union Territories, including Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gangetic West Bengal, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"31\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Mumbai weather tomorrow <br \/><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Conditions are favourable for the southwest monsoon to advance into Mumbai within the next 48 hours. <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"34\"\/>The IMD forecasting thunderstorms accompanied by lightning, moderate rainfall and gusty winds of 30\u201340 kmph at isolated places.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"36\"\/> The southwest monsoon has regained momentum over Maharashtra after nearly a two-week lull and is likely to cover the entire state within the next few days. <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"38\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Gujarat weather tomorrow <br \/><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>South Gujarat may see the arrival of the southwest monsoon later this week as the system continues its northward advance. <!-- -->No major change in maximum temperatures is expected over the next seven days, with Ahmedabad likely to remain hot around 41\u00b0C.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"43\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Madhya Pradesh weather tomorrow <br \/><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Scattered rainfall activity is likely to continue across Madhya Pradesh. Central districts, including Bhopal, may receive intermittent showers before activity shifts towards southern and eastern regions. <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"46\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Goa weather tomorrow <br \/><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>The IMD has issued a yellow alert for Goa till June 26. Moderate rainfall is likely across the state, with heavy rainfall expected at isolated places.
