Now all focus is on meetings and preparing the report. AINPSEF is continuously interacting with the commission along with its allied organisations. The deadline expires in May 2027, though the panel can seek an extension if required.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"18\"\/>Once submitted, the report will be examined by a group of ministers before being placed before the Union Cabinet for approval.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"20\"\/>Patel said the consultation schedule indicates the commission could finish its work well before the deadline.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"22\"\/>&#8220;With Bhubaneswar and Kolkata interactions scheduled in July, the pay commission will complete its interactions with almost all leading employee and pensioner bodies. However, the stakeholder consultation itself was extended till June 26.
