The agency reminded candidates that the examination day marks the culmination of months of preparation and advised them to follow all prescribed guidelines.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"10\"\/><span class=\"strong\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">Entry schedule for candidates<\/span><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"12\"\/>According to NTA, entry to examination centres begins at 11:00 AM. The last permitted entry time is 1:30 PM, after which no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination venue. Candidates have been advised to account for possible traffic delays and reach their centres well in advance.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/>The agency has also asked candidates to stay hydrated and ensure that they do not carry any prohibited items to the examination premises.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"17\"\/><span class=\"strong\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">Documents and photographs required<\/span><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"19\"\/>Candidates must carry their admit card along with a valid photo identity document for verification at the examination centre. NTA has additionally instructed candidates to bring two passport-size photographs.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"21\"\/>The advisory forms part of a wider set of arrangements announced by the agency for the conduct of NEET UG 2026 across 5,440 centres in 551 cities in India and 14 centres abroad. <!-- -->The examination is being conducted in English and 12 Indian languages.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"25\"\/><span class=\"strong\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">Security and monitoring measures in place<\/span><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"27\"\/>As detailed in a press note issued by NTA, more than 95,000 examination rooms have been equipped with CCTV coverage. A total of 1,38,560 CCTV cameras and 51,311 jammers have been deployed to strengthen examination security.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"29\"\/>Around 6,700 observers have been stationed at centres, while more than 100 virtual observers are monitoring live CCTV feeds. <!-- -->Candidate verification is being supported by 38,795 frisking personnel and 48,448 biometric verification staff, with face authentication also being used.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"33\"\/><span class=\"strong\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">Facilities available at centres<\/span><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"35\"\/>In coordination with state authorities, centres have been equipped with drinking water facilities, ORS, ambulances and shaded waiting areas for parents.
