The victim was identified as Baba Rafiq.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"1\"\/>According to police, a PCR call reporting the shooting was received on Thursday evening.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/>A senior police officer clarified that the incident did not take place inside a park. Rafiq was standing near a traffic signal in the area when he was shot.
