He added that the regulatory framework had been streamlined through the launch of the certification scheme and the finalisation of standards for green ammonia and green methanol in recent months.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"7\"\/>Joshi said six states had already notified dedicated green hydrogen policies, four were in the process of finalising them, while seven others had integrated hydrogen into their existing industrial and renewable energy policy frameworks.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"9\"\/>Giving details of efforts to strengthen domestic manufacturing of green hydrogen, the minister said financial incentives had been awarded to 15 companies to establish 3,000 MW per annum of indigenous electrolyser manufacturing capacity, reducing dependence on imported supply chains. He also said that contracts had been awarded for the supply of 30,000 MTPA of green hydrogen to state-run oil refiners, while Rs 84 crore had been sanctioned for pilot projects testing 100% hydrogen injection in the steel sector.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/>The minister also informed that nearly Rs 208 crore had been allocated to support 37 hydrogen-fuelled vehicles and nine refuelling stations, besides an investment of over Rs 193 crore across seven national testing facilities.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/>The National Green Hydrogen Mission was launched in 2023 with an outlay of Rs 19,744 crore.
