During this period, candidates must complete fee payment (where applicable), verify personal details, update scribe and assistive device information if required, and submit cadre preferences.Even candidates who do not wish to make any changes must log in and complete the final submission. Failure to do so will result in non-generation of the e-Admit Card for the Main Examination.Key dates for UPSC CSE 2026<\/span><\/p>\n What comes next in the UPSC journey?<\/span>The Civil Services Main Examination is the second stage of the selection process and consists of nine descriptive papers, including essays, general studies, optional subjects and language papers.
