As the show concludes on a high note with a grand finale, lead actor Namik Paul took to social media to pen an emotional farewell note.Taking to social media, Namik wrote, “And just like that, another journey comes to an end.” In his note he mentioned that how playing Aryaman has been a learning experience as he gained valuable experiences. He also expressed gratitude to the fans and the makers for their support.Namik further wrote, “And I feel nothing but gratitude for this guy. Playing Aryaman has been a learning experience in so many ways, which after a decade is saying something.”Talking about the impact that the role has left on him, he added, “And just as importantly, it’s allowed me to ‘meet’ so many of you, and that\u2019s a blessing all in itself.”The actor thanked the viewers for constantly supporting and encouraging him, Namik wrote, “Thank you for all the comments, the edits, the love and the encouragement throughout, I could never take it for granted.”He further looked back at all the amazing memories he made while working on Naagin 7, he said, “The one liners, the newsroom scenes, the Face\/Off scenes (I see your tricks Bharni! ), the give and take with all my amazing co-actors, it was all such a blast to play. And if in the bargain, I had to down insane, I mean just unearthly amounts of Appy Fizz (Single Malt! ), well, that\u2019s a small price to pay.”He ended the note by thanking producer Ektaa Kapoor and Balaji Telefilms for making him a part of Naagin 7. He wrote, “Take care Mr. Suri, thank you for the memories. And thank you to @ektarkapoor @balajitelefilmslimited for making me a part of #Naagin7.”For the uninitiated, Namik, who played the role of journalist in the show has studied journalism and has also worked as journalist before entering the industry. During an chat, the actor shared, “I\u2019ve been a journalist in real life, and that experience stayed with me while approaching this character. So from being a real journalist to a reel one in Naagin 7, the journey feels very full circle. Journalism teaches you to observe keenly, question deeply, and stay emotionally neutral while chasing the truth. That mindset helped me understand my character better, his discipline, his detachment, and his focus. Of course, the show is dramatised but having lived that life at some point gave me a certain authenticity and grounding while playing the role.”The fantasy saga, starring Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Namik Paul, and Kanika Mann, won the audience’s hearts with its storyline and performances. The grand finale, titled Naagin Ka Aakhri Vaar, will also see former Naagins Tejasswi Prakash and Anita Hassanandani make special appearances.
