One social media user wrote, “Imagine the metal detector in someone’s mouth when it has already been in someone’s pants!! Clowns,” raising concerns about hygiene. Another user said, “This is peak level humiliating students.”Someone else questioned the educated level of the police force: “That’s why education is important, even in Indian State Police Force.” Another equated it to mistreatment of men in the country: “This is how system treats men in India. If the same is in case of women, the story is different.”Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) completed the written examination for direct recruitment of constables and equivalent posts across the state on June 8, 9 and 10 in two shifts at 1,183 centres across all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh.Several cases involving forged documents, impersonation and attempts to cheat were founf. In Noida, a candidate was allegedly found using a forged Aadhaar card during verification.
