Reliance will be responsible for the design, construction, connectivity and day-to-day operations of the facility, while Meta will bear the cost of energy and water required for its workloads.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/>Reliance said the facility will run on renewable energy and use desalinated seawater for cooling, part of a broader effort to address the significant power and water requirements associated with AI computing. The company added that the site can be expanded over time to support Meta\u2019s growing global AI infrastructure needs.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/>The deal comes at a time when technology companies race to secure data centre capacity for AI training and inference workloads.
