NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi<\/a> expressed deep concern over escalation of tensions and reaffirmed India\u2019s strong condemnation of attacks on Kuwait<\/a>\u2019s sovereignty and territorial integrity in a telephone conversation with the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah. The two leaders exchanged views on the evolving security situation in West Asia, said an Indian readout.PM Modi reiterated the call for de-escalation, dialogue and diplomacy for earliest restoration of peace and stability.<\/p>\n
