After the deadline, the upload window will be closed, and no further fresh uploads for Examination Year 2025 shall be permitted on the platform,&#8221; the commission said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"17\"\/>However, the advisory clarified that corrections to already uploaded records may still be allowed in exceptional cases following the prescribed procedures.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"20\"\/>&#8220;Corrections or modifications to already uploaded records may be permitted only in exceptional cases and in accordance with the prescribed procedures of the NAD\/ABC system,&#8221; the advisory added.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"22\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>What institutions need to upload<br \/><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"24\"\/>The commission has instructed institutions to upload:<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"26\"\/><\/p>\n<div class=\"cdatainfo modify_cdata_list_style id-r-component \" data-pos=\"27\">\n<ul>\n<li>Marksheets<\/li>\n<li>Grade sheets<\/li>\n<li>Corresponding credit data<\/li>\n<li>Other academic records related to Examination Year 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"28\"\/>Institutions have also been asked to review their current upload status and complete any pending work before the deadline.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"30\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Why the upload is important<br \/><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"32\"\/>The directive refers to a Ministry of Education (MoE) communication that highlighted the importance of linking students&#8217; academic records with their Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) IDs.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"35\"\/>According to the advisory, timely uploading of academic records is necessary for the smooth functioning of the Academic Bank of Credits ecosystem and helps students access services such as credit accumulation, transfer and redemption.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"37\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Linked to <keyword id=\"9235233\" type=\"General\" weightage=\"20\" keywordseo=\"nep-2020\" source=\"Orion\">NEP 2020<\/keyword> goals<br \/><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"39\"\/>UGC said the initiative supports the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which promotes a flexible and multidisciplinary education system with multiple entry and exit options for students.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"42\"\/>&#8220;The NEP 2020 envisions flexible curricular structures promoting a credit-based system that encourages flexible, integrated, and multidisciplinary education and creating new possibilities for life-long learning,&#8221;
