The matter was raised on behalf of an Indian student residing in Saudi Arabia who allegedly received a marksheet without subject-wise marks despite the declaration of results.The petition was filed on behalf of Pransu Patel by advocates Vineet Jindal and Rajkishore Chaudhary. During the hearing, the Supreme Court sought a response from CBSE and orally directed the board to address the issue and resolve the matter by Friday.
