Several other individuals have also been detained in connection with the case.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"15\"\/>The fire at a bed-and-breakfast in South Delhi\u2019s Malviya Nagar area in the early hours of Wednesday had claimed at least 21 lives, including 13 foreign nationals, and left several others injured.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"17\"\/>During the investigation, authorities allegedly found multiple safety violations and serious deficiencies in the building\u2019s fire safety infrastructure.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"19\"\/>According to sources, windows and glass panels of the building were completely sealed, leaving no outlet for smoke to escape. Investigators also found that the entrance to the basement was locked from inside, with rescue teams reportedly taking nearly 10 minutes to gain access, from where six to seven people were rescued.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"23\"\/>Police have arrested hotel owner Lovekesh Bajaj, along with Sweety Sarkar and Pushpo Sarkar, in connection with the case.
