The division is managing a $365 million structural deficit.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"41\"\/> Over the past year, it has reduced graduate admissions, cut non-tenure-track faculty budgets and halted capital projects.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"43\"\/> Other schools have also reduced staffing.
