Data showed that oil and gas PSUs have invited bids for 14 vessels, including LPG and crude tankers, out of the target of 26 for this year.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"13\"\/>Shipping minister Sarbananda Sonowal has also urged fertiliser PSUs and major manufacturers to aggregate their demand for domestic production as a part of govt\u2019s big push to make India \u201cself-reliant\u201d in this sector.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"15\"\/>Mangal said that while green tugs and medium-range tankers are being built domestically, for vessels like \u2018very large gas carriers\u2019 and \u2018very large crude carriers\u2019, govt is going for \u201cstructured tenders\u201d.
