Pingla is a general (non\u2011reserved) seat under the Ghatal Lok Sabha constituency, represented by TMC MP Deepak Adhikari (Dev), who retained the parliamentary seat in 2024 with a margin of over 1.8 lakh votes, reinforcing Trinamool\u2019s organisational edge across this belt.
